The Komorebi Cycling Team was built around the simple belief that bicycles can transform how we connect with the outdoors and with one another. We gather for weekend rides, seasonal clinics, and bikepacking adventures across the landscapes surrounding Whitefish, Montana. Our community welcomes women, trans, and femme cyclists of all experience levels, from those just beginning their journey to seasoned riders looking for kindred spirits. Every ride is an opportunity to share stories, test gear, and build the kind of friendships that form around campfires after a long day on the trail. We are rebuilding and refining our approach with patience, always aiming to serve our fellow riders better.

Our team offers educational resources and hands-on clinics designed to help cyclists feel prepared and confident for whatever terrain they choose to explore. From spring tune-up sessions to gear testing weekends, we create spaces where riders can learn alongside supportive peers. We believe that knowledge shared around bikes makes the whole community stronger. Whether you are curious about bike maintenance, route planning for a multiday bikepacking trip, or simply want to understand your equipment better, our events are built to meet you where you are. These gatherings often blend practical skill-building with the joy of riding together through beautiful Montana backcountry.

At the heart of Komorebi is a commitment to storytelling. We amplify the voices and perspectives of diverse riders through photos, videos, and written pieces produced by and for our community. Our hope is that these stories inspire others to see cycling as a space where they truly belong. We welcome submissions from individuals who want to share their own experiences on two wheels, whether that means a reflective essay about a solo ride or a photo series from a group adventure. By representing the full spectrum of cyclists who ride with us, we aim to celebrate every person who finds joy, freedom, and connection through bicycles.
